Vincent Bikes Warranties and Conditions

Items covered

  • All frames carry a 2 year limited factory warranty
  • All Carbon Rims carry a 1 year limited factory warranty
  • All handelbars carry a 1 year limited factory warranty
  • All Bafang Motors and associated equipment carry a 1 year limited factory warranty

Conditions of the warranty

  • All claims can only be processed via a Vincent Bikes Official shop.
  • Warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferrable. (proof of purchase has to be provided on presentation of the claim)
  • Warranty is against defects in materials and workmanship of the product only.
  • The repair or replacement of the component affected is the sole remedy of the warranty and the decission remains with Vincent Bikes
  • Warranty is void when damage is caused by improper assembly/tightening or over-torqueing of parts on the frame
  • Warranty is null and void if the bicycle or any part has been incorrectly assembled
  • Warranty is null and void if the frame has been modified in any way
  • Warranty is null and void if the product is deemed to have been abused
  • Warranty is null and void if the product has been involved in any kind of accident
  • Warranty claim is null and void if there has been improper maintenance
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear
  • Warranty claim is null and void if there has been an installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with items as sold
  • Warranty claim is at the sole discretion of Vincent Bikes
  • Warranty does not cover any labour charges for part replacement

Second Hand Goods

  • All second hand goods sold or advertised by us carries no warranties of any kind and are sold voetstoots.

Refunds, Cancellations and Returns

  • We do not accept any returns, order cancellations or refunds

Teewing E-Bikes

The warranty period for a Teewing ebike product starts on the day such product is delivered,
if you cannot provide invoice or other valid proof of purchase, then the warranty period will
start from 90 days after the shipping date that shows on the product, or as otherwise specified
by Teewing.
We provide warranty repair service for the main parts manufactured by Teewing. You can
apply for warranty repair service if the following main parts do not function as warranted
during the warranty period. The warranty periods for the main parts of the Teewing product
are as follows

Carbon Fiber Frame (Excl. Paint and Graphics)

5 years for the original owner: subsequent owners (second or later)
are only covered by a two year warranty from the date of shipment
from Teewing to the original owner.

This limited warranty specifically excludes any parts (including but not limited to transmission,
brakes, and suspension) not manufactured by Teewing.
However, Teewing is authorized by the manufacturer of the Drive System (including drive unit,
battery, display, wireless remote, and charger) to provide warranty service in accordance with
the warranty policy on the Drive System manufacturer’s official website. The warranty period
for the Drive System is 2 years, and the battery is covered for 2 years with up to 500 charge
cycles.
Other parts are covered directly by the corresponding third-party manufacturer in
accordance with their warranty policy.
If Teewing provides free repair service for your product or part, the repaired or replaced part
shall inherit the remaining warranty period of the original part.
